By downloading or using Vidsmith, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Vidsmith on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
Videos you process with Vidsmith are yours. Processing happens entirely on your device; we claim no rights over your content and never receive a copy of it. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the videos you process.
Vidsmith Pro unlocks batch processing, 4K export, unlimited exports, and higher GIF frame rates and widths. Two auto-renewing options are offered: $4.99 per week or $29.99 per year (prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase).
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
The free tier includes a limited number of exports per day. Limits may be adjusted over time.
Do not use Vidsmith to process content that is unlawful or that you have no right to use.
Vidsmith is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Always keep your original videos; to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, indirect damages, or damages exceeding the amount you paid for the app in the past twelve months.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new date above. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
